We are passionate about helping you break free of your limitations; providing a pathway to help you realise your dreams. Mallorca is the choice of champions and there is no reason it can’t be your choice too.

Our training camp is specifically designed to help you overcome both mental and physical challenges to achieving your sporting or adventure goals. You will leave with a clear plan of how you will reach your goals and we will be available after the camp to support you every step of the way.

We are committed to helping YOU. Unlike many training camps, we do not promote a ‘one size fits all’ schedule.  Within our training camp we work with you to design and implement your personal training plan, provide one to one workshops that help you achieve your dreams along with group workshops where you can share and learn together.

This is a unique opportunity to train with the support and guidance of Karen Darke MBE, Paralympic Gold Medallist, motivational speaker and mindset coach, and John Hampshire, a professional coach for many years, who coached Karen to Silver in London 2012 and Gold in the Rio 2016 Paralymics. John has worked with many athletes at all levels to help them achieve beyond their expectations.

Karen and John provide a uniquely personal package that is forged through a longtime professional relationship and close friendship. Their experiences see them share a common passionate belief that anyone can succeed with commitment and the right support.

Mallorca is the perfect location for endurance sports training in the winter months


The choice of many professional teams and elite athletes, Mallorca forms a cycling hub from early season conditioning in December to more specific race preparation in the early spring.  The quiet, safe and cycling friendly roads provide perfect conditions for building endurance with steady miles, for developing maximum power with all out sprint efforts, or for anything in between.


Running on the quiet roads around the finca or putting in the hard work on the nearby track is as easy as just stepping out of the door. Flat and hilly routes are available with undulating circuits for longer intervals or hill work. Off road running is challenging and typically rough under foot but for the avid mountain runner there are plenty of options to challenge.


There is a quiet 25m indoor pool in Puerto Pollensa that almost always has lane swimming facilities. The pool is seldom busy so provides the perfect location for specific sessions or for rehab training if injured. If required, coached swim sessions can be provided to help work on technique or specific focus areas.


There is a well equipped gym in Puerto Pollensa and there is plenty of space at the finca for body weight exercises, stretching and mobility work. The poolside space provides a perfect environment for this and equipment such as mats, resistance bands and foam rollers can be made available. Strength and conditioning programmes can form part of your specific training plan should you require.
